Dive shop / Resort Management and the Business of Diving
A hands on look at running a busy dive center as well as a video and seminar. This course will teach you everything about running a busy dive center including stock control, compressor operation, equipment servicing, store promotion, stock control, boat maintenance, restaurant management, housekeeping and much more.
This program takes a minimum of four days.
