Course Description:
The Ocean Quest Coral Propagation Course is a comprehensive module to develop a deeper understanding of reef survey and coral propagation techniques including coral handling, substrate and broodstock extraction. You will learn about nursery site selection, building and monitoring processes.
After completion of this course, students may participate in any of Ocean Quest’s ongoing coral restoration projects, and be ready to respond in case of disaster. This course is a prerequisite for those wishing to enrol in the Coral Propagation Trainer course.
